Week 1 Sites

I like this site becuase it was simple but had some interesting nuances to it to keep attention. The small moving flash parts were interesting becuase you look to see what else there is on the page and when it will change. Instead of scrolling you click on the links at the bottom and it flies to the next page! This is a different way of doing things and it works really well.

This  is someones personal portfolio. It definitely grabs your attention with the huge image of his face when it opens. This is another site that has a different way of displaying information. When you click one of his projects the page scrolls up and the info for that project opens above. This is really cool because you dont have to navigate through diffferent sites and are always on the home page. The only problem is that first time you use it you dont know that it works this ways since it is unique. That makes it confusing at first but then you realize whats goingon.

This is a funny website with a cool layout. As you scroll down you go under the ocean that fits the rest of the theme of him trying to get the tourism job in austrailia. Everything has a cartoony feel to it which can be seen in the way that he made the water look and the banner design wiith his face. This one navigates by scrolling you down when you clickon something. It is more traditional that the other two sites but works effectivly.
